  I hate writing negative reviews...responded to an ad. Was up here from out of state and made it ABSOLUTELY CLEAR I needed my Medicare insurance to pay for the visit and asked them to make absolutely SURE it would before I made the appointment because I suspected it might have an out of state restriction and wanted to avoid any problem. It's WHY I asked them to check it out and told them that. They affirmed it would pay. After I arrived I again requested she check on it to make SURE it would and to check it out in ADVANCE because of that suspected out of state restriction. She affirmed that it would so I filled out their forms and signed everything based on that affirmation. I asked these things IN ADVANCE because the insurance might have the restrictions and told them so IN ADVANCE. Now they want payment. So either 1) the Medical receptionist made a mistake & I will delete this review when they do the right thing and mark the debt Paid; or 2) I got CONNED. A mistake was made. It wasn't mine & I shouldn't have to pay for it...they overlook stuff like this might want to consider what they might overlook in x-rays. Or Surgery.
